United airlines airport fight

A United Airlines worker who hit former NFL player Brendan Langley has been fired.

Last week at Newark Airport, a former NFL player and a United Airlines worker got into a fight that was caught on shocking video.

The video starts in the middle of a fight, and it shows an airline worker pushing a passenger. TMZ says that the passenger is former Denver Broncos cornerback Brendan Langley.

Langley, who is 27, then throws a series of blows that knocks the worker to the ground. The confused staff member in uniform then puts up his hands and slaps the much bigger athlete across the face.

“You saw that s—?” Langley yells at a bystander before punching a worker in the head and sending him to the ground. The worker was bleeding from the head.

The United worker, who is now bloody, stumbles back to his feet and goes back to talk to the football player. “You wants some more? He wants some more!” Langley yells at him.
TMZ says Langley was arrested Thursday and charged with simple assault. Langley is now a receiver for the Calgary Stampeders in Canada.

From the video, it’s hard to tell who threw the first punch, but the airline employee has not been arrested, the news source said. In another video of the fight that was posted online, Langley seemed to be the one who struck first.

Langley wrote on Twitter Thursday about the incident: “y’all ain’t off the hook… worst customer service I’ve ever had in my entire life on Heaven!!! After TMZ first reported the story on Monday, he said in a tweet that the United worker had attacked him and he was just defending himself.
