In the video, Comrie can be seen yelling for help as she tries to prevent the young black man from taking his rented Citi Bike. The altercation escalates as the two argue, while a bystander suggests that the man give the bike to Comrie. However, the man maintains that he had rented the bike on his own account. Eventually, another bystander convinces Comrie to take a different bike.
